Privacy policy
In short
- Talks are not recorded: we do not keep the audio.
- Your voice and text go to OpenAI and Anthropic so that the assistant can answer.
- We keep the text of a talk for 30 days, without your IP address.
- We use a demo request only to reply to you and keep it in our database for 12 months.
- We use no cookies.
- Do not mention names, health details or anything else you would not want to share.
1. Who is responsible
The controller is Nomads United, MB (Lithuania), company code 305569211, VAT LT100015648119, Panerių g. 39, LT-03209 Vilnius. Questions go to hello@agentlab.lt.
2. When you just browse the site
- Server logs. The server records your IP address, the time, the page you opened and your browser's name. We need this to keep the site running and secure. Logs are kept for 14 days.
- Fonts. The site's font loads from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address too.
- Cookies and analytics. We use no cookies and no visitor tracking tools.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. When you talk to the AI
A talk starts only when you press the button and allow the microphone. The microphone is on only during the talk.
| Data | What for | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|
| Your voice, each thing you say | To turn speech into text | We do not keep it. The audio is deleted as soon as the text is back. |
| The text of the talk: what you said or wrote and what the assistant answered, the topic, the time and length | To answer you, to check that the service works well and to improve it | 30 days, then deleted |
| IP address, turned into a one-way hash | To allow only one talk at a time from one address and limit how much talk time one address gets in an hour | Up to one day |
We keep no IP address with the text of a talk. If you say or write your name or other details about yourself, though, they stay in the text until it is deleted.
Legal basis: your consent, given by starting the talk (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time: end the talk, and write to us if you want the saved text deleted.
Health. The health topic gives general information and does not replace a doctor. Please do not say your name or anything else that could identify you. If you do talk about your own health, we take that as your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)). The same goes for other special categories of data.
Automated decisions. The assistant only talks. It makes no decisions with legal or similarly important effects on you. Its answers can be wrong, so check anything important.
4. When you request a demo
The form is sent only when you fill it in and press the button. The "I am not a robot" check runs in your browser and on our server, with no cookies and no third parties.
| Data | What for | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|
| Your name and email; if you give them, your company, phone and message; the time and the page language | To answer your request and arrange the demo | 12 months in our database, then deleted. The email in our mailbox stays for as long as the correspondence needs it. |
| IP address, turned into a one-way hash | To limit requests from one address and protect the form from bots | Up to 2 days |
Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and for bot protection, our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
5. Who else receives data
- OpenAI recognises speech, makes the assistant's voice and, on the ChatGPT topic, searches the web. It receives your voice and text for this.
- Anthropic writes the assistant's answers (the Claude model). It receives the text of the talk for this.
- Hetzner Online provides our servers in Germany and Finland.
- Google provides the site's font and sees your IP address. It also provides our email, so it receives demo requests.
We use OpenAI and Anthropic through their APIs. Under their API terms this content is not used to train models by default, but they may hold it briefly under those terms, for example to detect abuse. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
OpenAI, Anthropic and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. In those cases we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or its adequacy decisions. Ask us if you would like more detail.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use or get it in a portable format. You can also object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing does not affect what was done before.
Write to hello@agentlab.lt. Because no name or address is kept with a talk, tell us the date, the rough time and the topic so that we can find yours. We answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local EU supervisory authority.
7. Children
Talks are meant for adults and are not directed at anyone under 16. If you think a child has talked to the assistant, write to us and we will delete that talk.
8. Changes
When the service or its providers change, we update this page and the date at the top.
